My girlfriends and I started asking this question at about the same point in our lives, once we've graduated from college, started our careers, and settled into the routine of daily living. GAL has helped me to realize that the answer to the question is no, that there is more to life, but it has to be sought. I've used (and I'm continuing to use) the GAL principles to become a better "me" and live life to the fullest. Hey, you only live once, why not live it up!
